Alarm 211

This alarm means the Domestic Hot Water Temperature sensors (DHWT) have been detected faulty.
These sensors are located at the heat exchanger outlet on the domestic water side (front side).
This alarm brings the Alarm 233.

Check t2 and t3 values in the Info screen (Info) of the Touchscreen.

Are t2 and t3 between 30°F and 140°F (0°C and 60°C)?
